  • Yes. As a dietitian, I am qualified to guide individuals in their lifestyle goals while on medications. 1:1 sessions are personalized to your health status, labs, and medications, and we coordinate your plan safely. As always, consult your physician before making changes to your diet or exercise.

  • You can expect to spend:

    • 30–60 minutes on your weekly course module

    • 15–30 minutes on homework, journaling, and goal setting

    • 30–60 minutes per bi-weekly 1:1 visit
