Functional Registered Dietitian and owner of Vitality Nutrition Counseling.
I specialize in blood sugar balance, thyroid and hormone health and sustainable diet change using a whole body and mind approach. In my 12 years of experience as a dietitian seeing hundreds of clients, I’ve helped people navigate blood sugar imbalances, reduce inflammation and bothersome symptoms and foster a healthy relationship with food so they can finally feel their best.
