Kelsey Ruszel, RD, LD, IFNCP
Hello, I’m Kelsey. With 12 years of experience as a dietitian in primary care, I guide clients with a practical, personalized approach focused on sustainable habits, balanced (and delicious!) meals, and realistic goals.
I became a dietitian because I love food in every form: cooking, gardening, supporting local farmers, exploring new restaurants, and sharing meals with my kids, family, and community. I believe enjoying food and improving health absolutely go hand-in-hand.
As a Registered Dietitian, I use an evidence-based approach while recognizing that science is always evolving. There is no one-size-fits-all plan for any condition or phase of life. With a functional and holistic lens, I provide reliable support that’s well rounded and personalized to YOU. We’ll look at the whole picture—food, sleep, stress, movement, and supplements—to help you feel your best and improve your health.
As a mom of two girls, I also love supporting families in feeding their kids in a healthy, non-diet way.
I live in Boise, Idaho with my husband, my two daughters and my dog Tessa. My goal is to help you reclaim your health, restore balance, and live with vitality.
