In our 90 minute visit, we’ll have a conversation about your health history, pertinent labwork, your personal health goals and priorities, any symptoms you’re dealing with and your typical routines for eating, activity and wellness. With this information you’ll receive a complete plan with 3-5 specific nutrition and lifestyle areas to focus on, plus tools, resources and educational info written out.

You’ll implement the lifestyle change strategies with confidence that your efforts will move the needle. Your packet of specific, personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, tools, resources and educational materials will be a quick reference to guide you. The number and frequency of follow up visits will be dependant on your needs and discussed in the initial session.

Functional nutrition is a whole-body approach to nutrition care that recognizes that digestion, hormones, immunity, and the nervous system all work together.
Care begins with food and daily habits, and recommendations are personalized to you. Stress, sleep, and lifestyle are considered part of your overall health picture. When appropriate, additional nutrition-focused testing (I use HTMA, DUTCH Complete and GI-MAP most often) may be added.
We’re not handing you a diet to follow. You’ll have a specific plan based on you and what your body needs.

Yes! If I am out of network for your plan, you will pay the cash pay price. I can provide a superbill document for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for 1:1 services only.
